Requires North America & International Experience:
Consumer and Fleet Financing: Responsible for all aspects of consumer and fleet financing including but not limited to:
Help find and solidify
· Assist with identifying and closing on one or more consumer finance solutions
· Be the company interface for the consumer in regards to financing options and financing status
· Drive product accessory, options, and other up selling with our consumers
· Complete all required paperwork and research for each consumer finance opportunity
· Deliver compiled finance deals to accounting and sales
Vehicle Readiness and Registration: Responsible for ensuring that each product sold to our customers are completely ready for the shipping department to process and can be received/registered by the end consumer without delays.
· Develop new and enhance existing processes to improve the customer experience and integrate with company department requirements
· VINs - Establishing sets of VIN per vehicle model; release to Manufacturing for production guidance through tracking process. Print VIN labels
· Vehicle Readiness - create MSO and DMV Registration paperwork (Domestic and International)
· International Compliance – complete all requirements for vehicle readiness for all current and new countries where products are sold
· Customer Communication - Prepare and distribute mailing packets to consumers that explain registration process and other required filings
· Track all mailed and received DMV required forms (for audit purposes)
· Interface directly with DMV personnel on behalf of the company
Requirements: 5 years consumer finance experience (domestic and International), preferably in the motorcycle or auto industry.
Ability to develop a global finance program, create standard operating procedures.
Experience with International currencies, taxes, fees, documents
Familiarity with Salesforce.com a plus
Attributes: Excellent communication skills, accuracy, attention to detail, multi-tasking
