Lubrication Technologies is a technology driven manufacturer of lubricants and water-based chemicals specializing in the Powersports, Marine, Lawn and Garden and Small Engine markets. Lubrication Technologies is an OEM lubricant supplier to some of the largest Powersports and Marine manufacturers in the world.
The Custom Brands Division of Lubrication Technologies formulates, blends, packages and assists with marketing of OEM private label lubricants.

The Custom Brands Sales Analyst will provide sales support and account analysis to increase the efficiency of the sales and project management team. Ensure that all sales projects and new product commercialization projects are tracked on Smart Sheet and completed on time with support groups.
The Custom Brands Sales Analyst will also assist the Vice President of Global Accounts to help increase sales by coordinating schedules, organizing sales meetings and events, and tracking of all key projects to completion.
The ideal candidate must be analytical in nature, able to work under stress, extremely proficient in Excel and would be a powersports or outdoor recreation enthusiast.
Position Responsibilities
· Project Management Support – 40%
o Manage entry of tasks into Smart Sheet for VP of Global Accounts
o Work cross functionally to make sure that projects are completed on time
o New Product Commercialization
§ Administrative support of NPC activities
§ Represent sales at NPC meetings
o Conduct market research as needed
o Assist with data entry, Build Plan set-up, and data management
o Assist with price change administration and communication
· Analysis and Reporting – 40%
o Create sales reports and account analysis as needed
o Complete account analysis monthly to determine sales trends, changes, and discrepancies
o Complete margin analysis to ensure that target margins are met
· Sales Support for the Vice President of Global Accounts – 20%
o Provide complete time management support
o Coordinate schedule: Set meetings, update Outlook calendar, arrange conference calls, etc.
o Manage contacts
o Coordinate internal and client meetings
o Arrange logistics support and other requirements for offsite meetings and events
o Provide customer phone support
