Position Summary:
Assist the Data Analysis Manager in the overall planning and analysis of sales & marketing information. Create and maintain database reporting systems using MS Access and Visual Basic. Analyze key business metrics and market factors and generate accurate and timely summaries to present to senior management. Support field sales staff by fulfilling ad hoc data requests and providing technical support during product ordering campaigns. Develop and troubleshoot sales and marketing database information systems, MS AccessVBA and other database systems and languages.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum three to five years experience in information systems. Additional experience in finance, statistics or related field a strong advantage. A four year degree from an accredited university with an emphasis in information systems or related field. Preferably with additional exposure to marketing, finance, or statistics. Advanced practical knowledge of MS Access and VBA. Visual Basic coding experience and ability to administer a MS SQL server a plus. Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills needed as well as the ability to understand and develop accurate and meaningful analysis for the use of management in evaluating divisional plans and strategies. Motorcycle industry knowledge a plus.
