As the motorcycle Service Manager you
will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of service
technicians and support staff in a flat-rate shop. The appropriate
candidate will have a proven track record in service management,
including providing high quality service and communication at the
customer level. Staff scheduling and management, training and
development, operation within budgetary guidelines all the while
exceeding the department's financial & staff productivity goals
are key result areas of this full time position.
This will require a positive attitude,
a professional and courteous demeanor, the ability to function as
part of a team with the ability to exhibit exceptional customer
service that will build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
Harley-Davidson dealership experience is preferred and
excellent computer skills are required.
